Subordinated by The Taiwan Payments Clearing System Development Foundation, the Taiwan Clearing House (TCH) is subdivided into the head office and 15 branch offices. The head office in Taipei consists of the following departments –Administration Department, Clearing Business Department, Information Technology & Management Department and Audit Department. The branch offices include 2 first class branches in Taichung and Kaohsinug, 2 second class branches in Taoyuan and Tainan, and 11 third class branches in Hsinchu and 10 other cities/counties.

TCH has a Chairman of Executive Committee and an Executive Secretary. The Chairman is in charge of administrative matters according to the resolution of the board of directors. The Executive Secretary assists the Chairman in executive operations.
